Quote requests

Sending a quote request creates no contractual obligation for either party. The service, price and terms are set out in a written proposal and a contract signed by Flow Mobility and the client, which prevails in case of any difference.

You confirm that the information you send is accurate and that you are authorised to send it on behalf of the organisation you name.

Figures and specifications

Published fleet and operating figures reflect the position at the time of publication. The specification of vehicles assigned to each contract is set in the proposal and contract.

Intellectual property

The name, logo, text, photographs and videos on this website are owned by Flow Mobility or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused commercially without written consent.

Acceptable use

• Do not send automated or unsolicited messages through the form.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to its systems.
• Do not impersonate another person or organisation.

The site may link to external services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
