This policy explains how Flow Mobility (“we”) handles personal data received through this website, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) and its Implementing Regulations.
Who we are
Flow Mobility is a Saudi company providing employee transport and bus leasing with driver, headquartered in Al Rakah, Al Khobar. We are the controller of data collected through this website. For privacy matters: info@flow-mobility.sa.
The data we collect
We do not ask for sensitive data, and we do not ask you to create an account.
- Quote form data: your name, organisation, mobile number, the service requested and any details you choose to write.
- Technical data needed for security: IP address and browser type, processed by our bot-protection service (Cloudflare Turnstile) when you submit the form.
- Usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, visit duration and device type, through Google Analytics.
Why we use it
We process quote data at your request and with your consent on submission, and security data for our legitimate interest in protecting the site. We do not use your data for marketing without separate consent, and we never sell it.
- To respond to your request, prepare a quotation and contact you about it.
- To protect the website and form from automated messages and abuse.
- To understand and improve how the site is used, with your consent only.
Who we share it with
Your request is seen only by the relevant Flow Mobility team. We rely on service providers who process data on our behalf, only as needed:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security, and routing form messages to our inbox.
- Google Analytics: visit measurement, only after your consent.
- Google Maps: loaded only when you press a map button.
Transfers outside the Kingdom
Some of the providers above may process data in facilities outside the Kingdom. We limit this to the minimum needed and rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards, as permitted by the Law and the regulation on transferring personal data outside the Kingdom.
How long we keep it
We keep quote request data for as long as needed to follow up on the request and any resulting contract, then delete or anonymise it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
To exercise any of these rights, email info@flow-mobility.sa and we will respond within the statutory period. You may also lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

- To correct or update your data.
- To request destruction of your data when it is no longer needed.

Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we apply technical and organisational controls to protect data from unauthorised access.
